About the Artist - Pearlie Tyler
Pearlie, a New Orleans grown Artist, has been singing Jazz, Gospel, Pop and Rhythm & Blues publicly since she was eight years old.
Her experience ranges from singing in churches, festivals, conventions, social clubs and major European Tours. Pearlie has also written the lyrics and melodies of many of her songs.
Her unique blend of Jazz, Traditional Gospel, Pop and Rhythm & Blues reaches across cultural boundaries. Her expression of original and traditional music touches the audiences of all ages.
Pearlie has performed with, Nancy Wilson, Walter Payton and the Snap Bean Band, Deacon John, Frank and Cindy Mayes, MiMi Gutes, Kid Merv, Woody Woods, Louisiana Bill, Joyful Gospel Singer, One A-Chord Gospel Singer, T. C. Hawkins Singers, Regal Jazz & Brass Band and the New Orleans Black Chorale.
Pearlie's voice has been heard in the Broadway Musical One Mo' Time and in many festivals; Greoua Germany Jazz Festivals, Nancy France Jazz Festival, Buffalo New York Cajun Jazz Festival, Chicago Gospel Festival, Kempten Germany Jazz Festival, Wendelstein Germany, New Orleans Music Festival, New Orleans French Quarter Festival, The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, Louisiana Juke Box, and local social clubs and hotels.
Audiences all over the United States have been treated to the delightful sounds and performance of Pearlie's talents. In her European Tours, her reviews were printed in several European Newspapers.
